How do I track my order?
Our favorite tracking website is ParcelsApp!
Once an order is processed, we cannot cancel or modify a shipment.
Typically, orders placed in the US can expect 4-13 day shipping times in addition to order processing time. International orders can expect 2-4 week shipping times in addition to order processing time.
Your package leaves our facility with a shipping partner who takes it on the first leg of the journey. The shipping partner takes it to the USPS to deliver to you. You may not be able to track your package through the USPS until it enters their system so we recommend using Parcelsapp for a little more info.
Please email RealPerson@westware.shop with the name, size and color of the items you would like to exchange along with the name, size and color of the item you would like to exchange it for.
Our policy lasts 7 days from the day you received the item. If 7 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. *Some restrictions apply.
Refunds will be issued to the same form of payment used.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
For sanitary reasons, all swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale and returns of these items will not be accepted.
Customer is required to pay return shipping. Taxes are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to ignore any and all rude emails, DMs or comments. If you don't like the item that you ordered or it doesn't fit, then you can just ask to return it. No caps lock needed. To keep my sanity, any rude emails may result in a 15% reduction in the amount of your refund. We are all humans here, thanks!
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds on late deliveries. A tracking number will be issued to you by email. If the tracking information is showing up as delivered to you, we can not issue a refund. If that is the case, please contact your mail carrier to file a claim.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
